Equipment:

Officials shall purchase and maintain their uniforms and equipment. Officials will be required to wear the uniform as indicated. Uniform, including shoes, should appear clean. 

Shirt: 

• Black and white vertically striped (2 in. wide), long or short sleeve knit shirt with knit cuff and Byron collar. (Whole crew must match) Plackets on back of shirts, by position R-U-L-H-B. (Plackets for Varsity ONLY)
  

Pants: 

• Black football pants with 1 ¼” white stripe running from waist to cuff. All black belt
• EXCEPTION: Junior varsity and freshman officials will wear black shorts and white socks instead of pants.

Accessories:

• Long black socks if black pants are worn. White if shorts are worn.
  
• Black football shoes with black shoelaces. (shoes may have some white markings)
  
• Black football cap (sized) with white piping. For identification purposes, referee (R) shall wear a solid white football cap (sized).
• AIA and “Pursuing Victory With Honor” patches.
  
• No jewelry. (Wedding rings and medical alert bracelets are an exception)
• Whistle (Fox 40) with all black lanyard
  
• Device for tracking number of downs
  
• One penalty marker 
  
• Game card and pencil (Some will be provided by TFOA)
  
• Beanbag (White, Blue, or Black – All crew preferably the same)
• Chain Clip 
  
• Coin (Referee)
  
• Timing device (Watch)
