Crews There is not currently a formal process for forming crews. Additional crews can be formed by contacting a potential referee that is not already on a crew, or a referee contacting officials not already on a crew. New crew submissions are to be made by the referee of the crew directly to Dave Whatton. Here is the current list of crews as of 8/17/2021:
